Filip Minarik

Filip Minarik (born March 10, 1975 in Prague ) is a Czech jockey who is active in German horse racing .

He won the German Jockey Championship in 2005, 2011, 2016 and 2017 (together with Alexander Pietsch ) .

Filip Minarik is married and has one daughter. His father is the two-time Czech jockey champion and later trainer Ferdinand Minarik sen. His brother Ferdinand jun. is also active in horse racing.
