Filipe Miguel Barros Soares (born May 20, 1999 in Lisbon ) is a Portuguese football player who is mainly used in the offensive midfield .

Career

Soares began his career with the youth team of Benfica Lisbon , where he also got five appearances in the second team towards the end of his time there . In 2018 he moved to Estoril Praia , who play in the Segunda Liga . In his only season there, he managed two goals in 31 games. In summer 2019 he went to Moreirense FC , where he was a regular player. He also played at Moreirense with his brother, which, according to his own statements, made it easier for him to adapt to the league.

National team

Soares has already played through several of Portugal's national youth teams . In total, he was able to make 16 games and one goal.
