Torben Maas and Christian Füllmich made several short films together while they were studying at the MHMK Munich. Together they founded the company filmschaft maas & füllmich in 2011 . In the same year they produced the HFF graduation film Der Klassenfeind by Martin Nudow and the debut film Nemez by Stanislav Güntner , for which they received the Bavarian Film Prize - VGF Prize in 2013 in the category “Best Young Producer”. The second feature film once please everything also received this award in 2018.
The focus of the production company is on innovative and demanding feature films, which are developed and realized together with established as well as talented young filmmakers. The goal of the individual productions is set individually and includes both an ambitious festival film and a cinema film with an audience affinity.
