Christian Füllmich

Christian Füllmich (born July 5, 1984 in Leipzig ) is a German film producer who runs the film production company Filmschaft Maas & Füllmich with Torben Maas .

Life

Füllmich grew up in Heidenheim an der Brenz . After graduating from high school in 2004 at the city's business school , he moved to Munich and worked in various film productions on various projects, u. a. the ZDF crime series Kommissarin Lucas and the police call 110 .

From 2006, Füllmich studied media management with a specialization in TV / film production at the Macromedia University, University of Applied Sciences (MHMK) in Munich. He then worked in Australia for some time in 2009 and gained further experience in the film and television landscape there. Back in Germany, he worked as a freelance producer and production manager from 2010.

In 2011 he founded the film production company Filmschaft Maas & Füllmich together with Torben Maas, in which he has been a producer and managing director ever since. In 2013 Christian Füllmich was awarded the VGF Prize in the Best Young Producer category as part of the Bavarian Film Prize for the film drama Nemez . The second feature film once please everything also received this award in 2018.
