Firmicus is an impact crater on the eastern edge of the front of the moon , west of Mare Undarum and east of Lacus Perseverantiae , northeast of the crater Apollonius . The rim of the crater is moderately eroded, the interior is flooded by lavas that have penetrated the Lacus Perseverantiae and is therefore relatively flat.
