The Fitch Glacier is a glacier in the Admiralty Mountains of the East Antarctic Victoria Land . It flows along the east side of the McGregor Range to the Man-o-War Glacier .

The United States Geological Survey mapped it using aerial photographs taken by the United States Navy between 1960 and 1962. The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the glacier in 1964 after Lieutenant EE Fitch of the US Navy, medical officer at Hallett Station in 1963.
