The Fliegl Fahrzeugbau GmbH is an international manufacturer of semitrailers and trailers as well as the most important part of the same group of companies based in Thuringia Triptis dealing with their companies in the production of commercial vehicles and agricultural machinery specialized.

Commercial vehicle construction
To Fliegl Fahrzeugbau GmbH include two separate works in Triptis. About 135 employees are employed there and produce all types of semi-trailers and trailers for the transport and construction industries . In 2005, one of the most modern plants for the series production of curtain trailers , rear tippers and container chassis was also built in Triptis . Another plant in Mühldorf am Inn in Upper Bavaria was inaugurated in 2013. The relocation of the company headquarters from Töging to Mühldorf am Inn, a good ten kilometers away, was the largest investment in the history of Fliegl Agrartechnik GmbH . With around 30 hectares, the area is a good three times the size of the previous one, and production capacity rose from around 300 to up to 500 vehicles per month.

Fliegl Fahrzeug-, Trailer-Bau has been successful since the long commercial vehicle combinations were experimented with in Scandinavia and the Netherlands . The company could u. a. sell the dolly (axle drive) there in large numbers. Dozens of the complete EuroCombi trucks from Fliegl are already on the road in Russia , although internally these are only called "25 point 25" . The special names of the various truck combinations are: Super Train (semitrailer with tandem trailer), Road Train (three-axle motor vehicle with dolly and trailer) and the special Combi Train . This consists of a tractor unit with two trailers, the second trailer being attached to the rear of the first and the type also known under the name: B-Double . The BOKraft circle can be combined with the B double zz. not yet be driven on.
Right from the start, Fliegl has been one of the four major commercial vehicle manufacturers who have campaigned for the EuroCombi .
