Flippers new adventure (original title: Flipper , also Flipper: The New Adventures of Flipper ) is an American television series , which was filmed and broadcast in four seasons from 1995 to 2000. It was initially distributed through syndication for the first two seasons before seasons 3 and 4 were shown on PAX . It is to Flipper the second television series about the from the movie Flipper known dolphin Flipper . The German first broadcast took place in November 1996 on RTL II . The then young Jessica Alba can be seen in a supporting role .

The marine biologist Dr. Keith Ricks works with the scientist Pam Blondel at the Institute for Dolphin Research. Pam lives on the Florida coast with her son Mike. Mike's best friend is Maya. The two have made friends with the wild dolphin. Ricks remembers his childhood and gives the dolphin the name Flipper. As in the first series, the actors experience adventures that always end with a happy ending.

Later in the series, Deputy Tom Hampton and his team work at the Bel Harbor rescue station. Tom Hampton marries the widow and doctorate Alex Parker. Tom's niece Courtney and Alex's children Chris and Jackie live together in a house in Bel Harbor near the coast. You will experience exciting stories together with the dolphin.
