Villa Floßmannstrasse 25 in the Obermenzing district of Munich

The Floßmannstraße 25 building in the Obermenzing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1897. The villa on Floßmannstrasse , which belongs to the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey hipped roof building with transverse gable and corner tower with a steep hipped roof made of exposed brick masonry with plastered corner rustics, portico with romanized column was built according to plans by Hermann Seifert and Andreas Schneider.

The villa was extensively renovated in 2015/16.
