The Floßmannstrasse 10/12/14 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1910/11. The group of terraced houses in Floßmannstrasse , which belongs to the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The two-storey cripple hipped roof building with transverse gable, portico porch , balcony bay window was probably built according to plans by the architect Karl Schmidt. Originally, all the windows were provided with wooden shutters and the front of the middle house was a relief frieze divided. The houses received a rear extension in the 1920s and 1930s.
