The Floßmannstraße 3 building in the Pasing district of the Bavarian capital of Munich was built in 1910. The villa on Floßmannstrasse , which belongs to the Pasing I villa colony , is a protected architectural monument .

The house was built in 1910 according to plans by the architect Walter Sartorius from Planegg . Its appearance is referred to as "objectified Art Nouveau".
