Flobrigis
Flobrigis († 737 ) was the second successor of St. Rupert from around 730 and as such was bishop in Salzburg and abbot of St. Peter's monastery .
Life
Little is known about Flobigris, also called Flobargisus in Latin. The (new) order of the Bavarian dioceses, which was planned as early as 716, was postponed further and was only implemented under his successor. Flobrigis was probably of Anglo-Saxon descent.
