The Florence Civic Center is a multi-purpose hall in the US city of Florence , South Carolina . It is home to the Arena Football Team of the Florence Phantoms and was formerly the home ground of the Hockey Teams Pee Dee / Florence Pride and Pee Dee Cyclones and the roller hockey - Franchise Carolina Fire Ants .
