Florian Berger (* around 1990 ) is an Austrian chef .

Career

After the first stop at the Waldschänke restaurant , Berger went to France to work with Michel Bras (three Michelin stars ). Then switched to the vegetarian restaurant Tian in Munich and Shane's restaurant in Munich. He then cooked in Tantris at Hans Haas (two Michelin stars) and in Hangar 7 (two Michelin stars). In 2015 he was head chef at Restaurant No. 15 by Michel Dupuis in Munich (one Michelin star).

In November 2016 he started his own business with the Gabelspiel restaurant in Munich; his wife Sabrina is responsible for the service. In 2019 the fork game was awarded a Michelin star.
