Florian Günther

Florian Günther (* 1963 in Berlin-Friedrichshain ) is a German writer and photographer .

Life

After completing his apprenticeship as a printer, Günther worked as a grave digger, house painter, chauffeur, package sorter, construction worker, warehouse and assembly line worker, book seller, pizza driver and graphic artist. In 1983 he was the singer of the East Berlin punk band Klick & Aus . As a photographer, he traveled to numerous countries, and his photos, most of which have been lost, have been shown in several exhibitions. He has been writing since the early 1980s and published in art and literary magazines and in original graphic editions. His volumes of poetry have been published by Edition Lükk Nösens as well as by Peter Engstler. From 2008 to 2009 he was a co-opted member of the editorial board of the art-political magazine floppy myriapoda . Since 2010 he has been editor of the DreckSack - Readable magazine for literature .

Florian Günther also publishes his texts in the daily media and communicates there, for example in the taz and in the young world .
