Florian Kindle

Florian Kindle (born November 25, 1907 in Triesen ; † July 5, 1994 ibid) was a Liechtenstein politician (VU) and sports official.

biography

Florian Kindle was the son of Florian Kindle and his wife Amalie (nee Futscher). He was a citizen of Triesen and attended an agricultural school in Tyrol. From 1937 to 1942, Kindle managed the community home in his home community as a poor father. From 1942 to 1948 he was the municipal treasurer of Triesen. From 1950 to 1962 he acted as a mediator and from 1957 to 1960 was a member of the Triesen municipal council. In addition to his local political activities, Kindle was a member of the state parliament of the Principality of Liechtenstein for the Fatherland Union from 1939 to 1949 . From 1947 to 1951 he was a member of the board of directors of the Liechtenstein power plants (LKW).

In addition, Kindle was committed to football in Liechtenstein . He was a founding member and from 1932 to 1936 first president of FC Triesen . In the years 1941 to 1956 and 1964 to 1966 he held this position again. He was a co-founder and first president of the Liechtenstein Football Association from 1934 to 1954 , served as its president again from 1961 to 1964 and was ultimately an honorary member. From 1941 to 1945 Kindle was a member of the Supreme Sports Committee.

In 1936 he married Theresia Mitterer. The marriage had six children. The actress Hermine Contreras-Torres was his sister.
