Florian Krebs (born November 15, 1988 in Speyer ) is a German soccer player .

Career

In his youth, Krebs played for SC Hauenstein , FC Leimersheim and Karlsruher SC . In his first A-youth year he was used once in the U-23 of the KSC in the Regionalliga Süd . In the second year he moved early to the second team. In the course of the 2007/08 season he played his way into the core of the team, but the team did not qualify for the new 3rd division and remained in the regional league, which was only the fourth-highest division after the league reform.

After another year in Karlsruhe he moved to the league champions and third division promoted 1. FC Heidenheim . On the second game day he made his debut in the professional league and from the 11th day he was a regular player in the defense. In his second year he missed the entire second half of the season due to periosteum inflammation , and in the 2011/12 season it was a long time before he found his way back to his old form. Only in the second half of the season was a regular player in central defense again. This year the FCH had the second best defense in the league and finished fourth, the club's best result in professional football to date. In April 2012, Krebs extended his contract term by two years until 2014.

At the end of January 2014, he moved to league competitor VfL Osnabrück , with whom he signed a contract that ran until June 30, 2015. Even before it expired, he joined another third division club in September 2014 with Halleschen FC . After a year he moved to the upper division SSV Ulm 1846 , with whom he was promoted to the regional league in 2016.
