Florin Daniel Pripici (born March 7, 1995 in Sinaia ) is a Romanian cross-country skier .

Career

Pripici competes for the Clubul Sportiv Școlar Sinaia and took part in junior races until 2013. At the 2013 European cross-country skiing championships , he won bronze in the sprint, silver in the 10 km mass start race and gold in the individual race over 10 km. In January 2014 he started the sprint in Szklarska Poręba for the first time in a World Cup race, which he finished in 54th place. At the 2014 Winter Olympics in Sochi , he finished 68th in the sprint and 18th in the team sprint. In February 2015 he came in 84th place over 15 km freestyle and 72nd place in sprint at the Nordic World Ski Championships in Falun . At the U23 World Championships in 2016 in Râșnov , he took 65th place over 15 km freestyle and 23rd place in the sprint and the following year at the U23 World Championships in Soldier Hollow, he won 42nd place over 15 km freestyle and 39th place in the sprint.
