McCall Airport

The airport McCall ( IATA : MYL ; ICAO : KYML ) an American commercial airport , which is in the same city McCall , Valley County , US - State Idaho is. The airport has only one runway used for take-offs and landings , which is 1807 m long and is oriented 16/34 . The United States Forest Service has one of a total of eight stations there, from which inspection flights are carried out on a regular basis. The entire airport area is over 80 hectares .

On May 2, 2008, two single-engine Cessna 172s collided in McCall, killing 3 people, one seriously and two slightly injured.

The airport is otherwise only used by Salmon Air . This starts flights in the direction of Salmon and Boise.
