The Tabarka-Ain Draham International Airport is an airport in the northwest of Tunisia . It was built in 1992 at the request of former President Ben Ali , who often spent his holidays in this area. The airport is 10 km from the Tunisian coastal town of Tabarka . Before the Tunisian Revolution , until the beginning of 2011, the airport was named Zine el-Abidine Ben Ali's takeover date and was called Tabarka Airport “7. November " .

The annual number of passengers is around 60,000.

Until 2004 the airport was served by Tunis Air on Thursdays from Munich, Stuttgart and Frankfurt am Main once a week .
