The Toyama Airport ( Jap. 富山空港 , Toyama Kuko ) is a small commercial airport in the city of Toyama in Japan , Toyama Prefecture . The airport is about six kilometers south of Toyama city center on the Jinzū River . From here there are currently (2009) not only domestic connections but also connections to Seoul , Shanghai , Dalian and Vladivostok . Toyama Airport is a 3rd class airport under Japanese law .
