The Maschinenfabrik Focke & Co. is a German packaging machinery manufacturers.

The core business is the manufacture of packaging machines primarily for the tobacco industry , but also for other industries such as Kellogg’s or Pampers . Focke leads the way in cigarette packaging with GD as a competitor.

The family company was founded in 1955 by Heinz Focke in Bremen . After expansion in Bremen was no longer possible in the 1950s , the company moved to Verden in 1961 , where the headquarters are still located today. Even after the company's founder passed away in 2003, his descendants, siblings Jürgen and Doris Focke, continued to run the company as a family business.

The company has manufacturing locations in Berlin- Reinickendorf , Hamburg , Barßel (the company Focke Packaging Solutions GmbH , formerly FOPAC ) and Greensboro in North Carolina as well as service branches in St.Petersburg (Russia), Turkey, Hong Kong, Hamamatsu, Japan, Singapore and Brazil.
