Folke Viktor Wassén (born April 18, 1918 in Gothenburg ; † October 22, 1969 there ) was a Swedish sailor .

Folke Wassén, who was a member of Göteborgs Kungliga Segelsällskap , took part in the 5.5-m class at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki . He was the skipper of the Hojwa , whose crew consisted of his brother Magnus Wassén and Carl-Erik Ohlson . Although they won two of the total of seven races, they missed the top due to weaker results in the other races and took third place with 4554 points behind Britton Chances Complex II from the United States and Peder Lundes Encore from Norway, with which they received the bronze medal.
