Sten Magnus Wassén (born September 1, 1920 in Partille , † June 23, 2014 in Gothenburg ) was a Swedish sailor .

Magnus Wassén, who was a member of Göteborgs Kungliga Segelsällskap , took part in the 5.5-m class at the 1952 Olympic Games in Helsinki . Alongside Carl-Erik Ohlson, he was a crew member of the Hojwa , whose skipper was his brother Folke Wassén . They won two of the total of seven races, but missed the top due to weaker results in the other races and took third place with 4554 points behind Britton Chances Complex II from the United States and Peder Lundes Encore from Norway, with which they received the bronze medal.
