Fondeadero Jacob ( Spanish ) is a natural harbor in the southern part of the Wilhelm Archipelago west of the Antarctic Peninsula . It is south of the Cruls Islands .

Chilean scientists named him after Gerald Jacob Neumann, who was involved in the 17th Chilean Antarctic Expedition (1962–1963) on board the Piloto Pardo in the exploration of Robert Island in the archipelago of the South Shetland Islands .
