The band was discovered by Akhenaton ( IAM ). With him, her first music video Bad Boys de Marseille was recorded.
style
They do hardcore rap. Their style can be compared to that of Sniper (Paris), Psy4DeLaRime (Marseille). Like these French-Arabic or French-African dominated rap groups that try to point out the social and political hot spots of the banlieues, the Fonky Family texts often also deal with racism and social grievances in Marseille.
