For Tune

For Tune is a Polish music label specializing in jazz and improvisation music . It was founded in Warsaw in 2012 .

The label attaches great importance to live recordings. It releases albums by both Polish and international musicians. The best-known musicians whose recordings were released by For Tune include Bester Quartet , Anthony Braxton , Charles Gayle , Dennis González , Mary Halvorson , Marcin Masecki , Bartłomiej and Marcin Oleś , William Parker , Adam Pierończyk , Ches Smith , Trevor Watts , Wacław Zimpel . Despite the very high number of released albums, they are considered to be of consistently high quality.

For Tune releases are characterized by a characteristic design - the cover image is always black and white, the album title is usually highlighted in pink, less often in yellow, orange, blue or green.
