history

The association was founded on March 15, 1948 in a school in Pitmedden . A. Rennie was the first president. A short time later, the club was accepted into the Aberdeenshire Amateur Football Association , which was formed in 1947. The first official league home game was played on August 8 of the same year in the local North Lodge Park against the Cove Rangers . The club has played in the Highland Football League since 2009 .
