At around 240 meters, the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower skyscraper in Miami is the second tallest completed building in the US state of Florida .
After a three-year construction period, the Four Seasons Hotel & Tower was completed in 2003 and at the same time replaced the 233 meter high Southeast Financial Center as the second tallest building in the city of Miami and the state of Florida. The building has 64 floors, in which a hotel, apartments and offices are housed. The address is 1441 Brickell Avenue .
