Frédéric Dor
Frédéric Dor (born May 27, 1948 in Marseille ) is a former French rally and circuit driver .
Career
Frédéric Dor was best known as a rally driver. Active since the 1980s, he won the French rally championship in a Subaru Impreza WRC in 1999 . In the World Rally Championship Dor was interlocutory 1988 and 2002 42 times at the start. It made its first appearance at the 1988 Monte Carlo Rally and the last time in this series was at the 2002 Rallye Safari . At the rally in Kenya , he finished sixth in 1997, his best result in the world championship.
Dorr also contested a few races on the circuit and in 2002, together with Jean-Denis Delétraz, won a championship run for the Spanish GT Championship at the Circuit de Barcelona-Catalunya .
At the age of 55, he made his debut for Luc Alphand's team at the Le Mans 24-hour race in 2003 . He finished the race in 21st place overall.
