François-Xavier Amherdt
François-Xavier Amherdt (born October 10, 1957 in Sion ) is a Roman Catholic theologian .
Life
Pope John Paul II ordained him as a priest on June 17, 1984 at Sion Airport . He was director of the seminary of Sion and episcopal vicar of the French-speaking part of his diocese. He completed his habilitation at the Université Strasbourg II in 2007 . The priest of the Diocese of Sion he teaches as a professor in pastoral theology and religious education at the University of Friborg .
