Francisco Octavio Navarro Carranza
Francisco Octavio Navarro Carranza (born July 26, 1902 in Lagos de Moreno, Jalisco , † December 9, 1967 in Port-au-Prince ) was a Mexican ambassador .
Life
The dramaturge Francisco Octavio Navarro Carranza was first secretary to Juan F. Azcárate Pino in September 1941 at the Mexican embassy in Berlin and later accredited to the embassies in Colombia and Costa Rica.
