Career

society

Signorino was active at Le Perreux-sur-Marne in his youth until 1998 . In the summer of the same year he signed for FC Metz and went through the youth teams. He began his professional career there in the 2001/02 season, when he was appointed to the professional squad for the first time. He stayed at Metz for four years and played 83 games and scored one goal. In summer 2005 he decided to move to FC Nantes . The left defender cost the canaries a fee of 1.5 million euros. At the end of the 2006/07 season, FC Nantes was relegated from bottom of the table, Signorino then moved to the Spanish first division club Getafe FC . Signorino made his club debut there on July 30 in the UEFA Cup against Tottenham Hotspur . This was followed by some injuries that kept handicapping him. So he was only able to play his first league game on December 16, 2007.

At Getafe he was still only a reserve player and was finally loaned out to Cartagena FC for the rest of the season in winter 2010 . There he became a regular player, but could not convince with his performances in Getafe, so his contract was dissolved in the summer of 2010.

His new employer was the Belgian first division club Sporting Charleroi in December 2010 , where he signed a contract until the end of the season. However, the team was relegated and their contract was not renewed. After a season with the French second division club Stade Laval, he played for Stade Reims from 2012 to 2016 .

In the 2016/17 season he played again for FC Metz and then ended his career.
