Franco de Vita (born January 23, 1954 in Caracas , Venezuela ) is a Venezuelan pianist and pop singer . His parents are of Italian descent. He composes his songs himself and also writes for other pop greats such as Ricky Martin and Enrique Iglesias .

Live and act

De Vita is less well known in German-speaking countries, but it is quite popular in America. He lived in Italy from the age of three to 13. His musical idols are The Beatles and The Rolling Stones .

The single Franco de Vita lives in Madrid and often travels to Venezuela in his country of origin.

In February 2008 he took part in the international song festival in Viña del Mar , Chile , and won all prizes straight away. Some of his titles are: Tengo , No hay cielo , Dondé está el amor .
