Franco Gentile , full name Franco Guillermo Gentile Rotondaro , (born February 19, 1997 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

society

The 1.69 meter tall midfielder Gentile was ordered from the youth team to the first division squad of the Montevideo Wanderers at Apertura 2014 . He made his debut at the age of 17 on September 13, 2014 under coach Alfredo Arias in the Primera División when he came on for Adrián Colombino in the 77th minute of the 3-2 home defeat by Racing . In the 2014/15 season he was used three times (no goal) in the top Uruguayan league. He was not used during the 2015/16 season and the 2016 and 2017 seasons. At the beginning of March 2017 he was loaned to the second division Huracán Football Club , for which he has so far (7 August 2017) completed five second division games (no goal).

National team

Gentile is a member of the Uruguayan U-18 national team. In June 2015 he was called up by the U-18 coach Alejandro Garay for a training camp in preparation for a four-nation friendly tournament that will take place in Los Angeles the following month .
