Frank Dietrich (politician)

Frank Dietrich (born May 3, 1966 in Wilhelm-Pieck-Stadt Guben ; † July 24, 2011 ) was a German politician ( CDU ). He was a member of the 10th  People's Chamber and the 1st  Brandenburg State Parliament .

Life

After attending the polytechnic high school , Dietrich did an apprenticeship as an electrician from 1982 to 1984 and then worked as a shift electrician at the Guben chemical fiber plant until 1990. From 1988 to 1989 he did his basic military service in the National People's Army . From 1994 until his death he was an employee in the municipal administration of Schenkendöbern .

Since 1984, Dietrich member of the CDU . From March to October 1990 he was a member of the 10th People's Chamber of the GDR. He was then elected to the Brandenburg State Parliament for the constituency of Guben-Forst I. Here he was a member of the Committee on Education, Youth and Sport and deputy chairman of the Petitions Committee. From 1992 until he left the state parliament in 1994, he was also a deputy member of the legal committee. From May 1990 to December 1991 Dietrich was honorary mayor in Kerkwitz . In 1991/92 he was state chairman of the Junge Union Brandenburg.
