Frank Hamann

Frank Hamann (born January 28, 1957 in Annaberg-Buchholz ) is a German politician ( SPD ).

Life and work

After graduating from high school , Hamann studied sport and history at the Magdeburg University of Education from 1978 to 1982 . From 1982 to 1990 he worked as a teacher. From 1994 he worked as a technical employee. Hamann is married and has three children.

In 1990 Hamann was elected to the community council of Hennickendorf . In 1993 he became a member of the Office Committee of the Rüdersdorf Office .

In the state elections in Brandenburg in 1994 , Hamann was elected to the Brandenburg state parliament as a direct candidate for the SPD in constituency 18 ( Märkisch-Oderland III ) . He was a member of parliament from October 11, 1994 to September 29, 1999. In the state parliament he was a member of the Brandenburg-Berlin Committee and the Committee for Urban Development, Housing and Transport. In the 1999 election he was not re-elected to the state parliament.
