Frank Juric [ juritɕ ] (Croatian spelling: Frank Jurić ; born October 28, 1973 in Melbourne ) is a former Australian - Croatian football goalkeeper .

Career

societies

He was number 2 in the Bundesliga team Hannover 96 since 2004 and is an Australian and Croatian citizen. Juric began his professional career at Fortuna Düsseldorf , and later moved to the A and B teams at Bayer 04 Leverkusen . In total, he played 7 regional league games, 36 second division games and 12 Bundesliga games. After the 2007/08 season, he turned his back on the Bundesliga due to injury after he had had knee problems since the 2005/06 season. In the 2008/09 season, Frank Juric was under contract with Perth Glory in his home country . After the season he ended his active playing career and was goalkeeping coach at Perth Glory in the 2009/10 season.

National team

He was in the squad of the Australian national football team at the 2001 FIFA Confederations Cup . In 1996 he made his debut in a goalless draw with New Zealand during the OFC Nations Cup . A little later he was also part of the Australian squad at the 1996 Olympic Games .
