Frank Klinkhammer

Frank Klinkhammer (born May 14, 1961 in Euskirchen ) is a German lawyer and judge at the Federal Court of Justice .

Life

After passing the Second State Examination in 1990, Klinkhammer entered the higher judicial service of the State of North Rhine-Westphalia , where he initially worked at the Kleve District Court and the Moers District Court . There he was appointed judge at the district court in 1993. 1995 Klinkhammer at the University of Bonn with the investigation Possession as an object of enrichment claim Dr. iur. PhD. In 1999 he was promoted to judge at the Düsseldorf Higher Regional Court .

On June 2, 2008 Klinkhammer was appointed judge at the Federal Court of Justice and the XII responsible for family matters as well as tenancy and lease law . Civil Senate assigned.
