Frank Löser
Frank Löser (* 1944 in Lößnitz ) is an author of non-fiction books on the history of Thuringia , as well as on the history of Saxony and Mecklenburg .
He received his doctorate in 1982 at the University of Halle with the dissertation Investigations to increase the effectiveness of the monitoring of virus vectors (Aphididae) in industrial seed potato production in the Karl-Marx-Stadt district as a prerequisite for targeted control .
