Frank Röttgen (born June 14, 1978 in Wipperfürth ) is a German summer biathlete in the cross-country style.

Frank Röttgen first competed in 1998 World Championships in summer biathlon in Osrblie . In the sprint competition, he finished 65th. In 2002 he was seventh in the season in Jablonec and sixth in Forni Avoltri in 2003 . In Clausthal-Zellerfeld he reached ninth place in the mass start at the 2004 European Championships and won the silver medal in the mixed relay. He was able to repeat this medal win with the mixed relay the following year in Bystřice . In the sprint he just missed another medal in fourth, and in the mass start he reached fifth. Röttgen's next European championship was in 2007 in Tysovec , where he came ninth in the mass start and fifth in the relay. The Summer Biathlon World Championships 2008 in Haute-Maurienne initially brought him a 14th place in the sprint, in the pursuit he was able to improve to sixth place.
