Frank Schambor (born Frank Schulte on October 13, 1971 in Wuppertal ) is a German radio presenter . He became known through his moderation of the morning magazine on radio ffn as ffn-Morgenmän Franky .

life and career

Schambor was born in Wuppertal and has been moderating radio ffn since 1999 . Schambor spent a large part of his youth in Berlin , where he also graduated from high school . There he came across an advertisement for a radio station and made his first experiences with radio.

From February 1995 to 1999 he hosted various programs for N-Joy Radio (now N-Joy) of the NDR . Since May 1, 1999, Schambor has been working as ffn morning man Franky in the ffn morning show . Schambor relies on a mixture of information and entertainment ( infotainment ) for his moderation .

Private

Schambor is married, has one son and lives in Vahrenwald-List , Hanover . Schambor's trademark is above all his Cappy; For a long time, the radio presenter was also known for his obese appearance. With an operation in September 2016, Schambor had his stomach made smaller and thus reduced his body weight from originally 178 kilos within a few months. Schambor is also President of the Hanover Spartans American Football Team.
