Frank boots
Frank Stiefel (born 20th century in New York City , New York ) is an American film producer , photographer and film director .
Career
Stiefel was born in New York and attended The City College of New York. Stiefel's career in the television business began in the 1970s, when he was responsible for commercials , among other things . In 1999 he was executive producer for the documentary short film Two Weddings . He made his directorial debut in the film Ingelore , a short film about the Jewish Holocaust survivor Ingelore Herz Honigstein, which was released in 2009. The film tells the story of his mother (1924–2012), who was raped by two National Socialists and who managed to flee to the USA . This film was screened at film festivals and broadcast on HBO .
For his short film Heaven Is a Traffic Jam on the 405 , he received the Oscar in the category “ Best Documentary Short Film ” at the 2018 Academy Awards .
Frank Stiefel is married and has two daughters.
