Frankenwall 26 (Stralsund)

The facade is very elaborately designed in the neo-renaissance style. Red brick and light plaster characterize the picture. The building edges are rusticated . The central axis is emphasized by a bay window on the upper floor which is divided by pilasters and crowned by a gable with three obelisks .
The western narrow side has an extension with an attachment; the three-storey extension houses the stairwell .
The house is located in the core area of the city area recognized by UNESCO as a world cultural heritage site of the “ historic old towns of Stralsund and Wismar ”. It is entered in the list of architectural monuments in Stralsund with the number 266.
