Frans Heikkinen (born April 22, 1906 in Paltamo , † October 8, 1943 in Lieksa ) was a Finnish cross-country skier .

Heikkinen, who started for the Kainuun HS, took second place over 17 km in the Lahti Ski Games in 1933 and second place over 50 km in 1935. At the 1936 Winter Olympics in Garmisch-Partenkirchen , he came seventh over 50 km. At the Nordic World Ski Championships in Lahti in 1938 , he ran in 33rd place over 50 km. Heikkinen died of a cerebral haemorrhage in October 1943 during the Continuation War .
