Franz-Josef Kortüm

Franz-Josef Kortüm (born August 18, 1950 in Billerbeck ) is a German manager .

After studying business administration, Kortüm held various positions at Daimler-Benz . In 1992 he became a member of the board of management of Audi AG , in 1993 its chairman. In 1994 he moved to the Management Board of Webasto AG Stockdorf and was Chairman from 1998 to December 31, 2012. Franz-Josef Kortüm has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Webasto SE, Webasto Roof & Components SE and Webasto Thermo & Comfort SE since 2013. From 2004 to 2012 Kortüm was a board member of the Association of the Automotive Industry ( VDA).

In 2008 Franz-Josef Kortüm was awarded the Federal Cross of Merit on ribbon .
