Franz Bonnet
Franz Bonnet (born October 12, 1893 in Berlin ; † September 28, 1972 ) was a German actor .
Life
Franz Bonnet completed his acting training with Ferdinand Gregori in Berlin from 1922 to 1924, where he made his debut as an actor from 1924. Through engagements at the Volksbühne Berlin , he worked on the stage in Schwerin from 1940 to 1956, before moving to the Deutsches Theater in Berlin via other theaters from 1962 .
In addition, film activity from the 1930s, mostly in smaller film roles. Later also film offers from DEFA , where he was mostly seen in supporting roles.
His son, Horst Bonnet , was a well-known German director of musical theater pieces.
