Franz Dallmer

Franz Dallmer (born November 7, 1867 in Münster , † after 1928) was a German politician of the DNVP and from 1919 to 1928 a member of parliament in Prussia .

Life

Dallmer graduated from high school with a high school diploma and then took up a degree in economics, which he did not finish. He began his professional career in practical agriculture and later worked there mainly as a civil servant. He then worked full-time as a workers secretary in the Protestant workers' association movement and on a voluntary basis in the Christian trade union movement in East Prussia, primarily with the stud guards. He was the editor of the Ostpreussischer Arbeiterbote , an organ of the Association of Protestant Workers' and People's Associations, based in Königsberg .

After the November Revolution, Dallmer joined the German National People's Party (DNVP) and joined the Stahlhelm . From 1919 to 1921 he was a member of the Prussian State Constitutional Assembly . In the state elections in February 1921 and December 1924, he was elected to the Prussian state parliament, to which he belonged until 1928. In parliament he represented constituency 1 (East Prussia).
