Franz Friedrich Droste (politician, 1753)

Franz Friedrich Droste (born June 5, 1753 in Bremen , † January 20, 1817 in Bremen) was a lawyer and Senator from Bremen .

biography

Droste was the son of Franz Heinrich Droste and his wife Sophie.
He was married to the merchant's daughter Wilhelmine Maria Menken (1762–1839); both had eleven children, including Senator Franz Friedrich Droste (1784-1849), who followed him directly as Senator in 1817.

He graduated from the Illustre high school in Bremen from 1770 and studied law at the University of Leipzig from 1773 and at the University of Göttingen from 1774 . He is said to be Dr. jur. have a PhD .
He then worked at the higher court.
From 1796 to 1817 (†) he was the successor of Johann Holler Bremen councilor / senator.
