Franz Friedrich Schulte

Franz Friedrich Schulte (born December 30, 1837 in Günne in Westphalia, † 1911 ) was a German judge .

Life

Schulte began his law studies on October 27, 1857 at the University of Bonn and continued it from the winter semester 1858/59 at the University of Berlin . He was sworn in to the Prussian sovereign in 1860 and was an auscultator at the Berlin Court of Appeal . In 1862 he became a trainee lawyer at the Court of Appeal in Arnsberg , and in 1866 an assessor there. In 1871 he became a district judge in Hagen , with the function of the court deputation in Schwelm . In 1874 he was appointed conductor of the court deputation there and in 1875 he was promoted to the district judge in Schwelm. In 1879 he was transferred to Lyck , then East Prussia , now Poland , as the first public prosecutor . In 1882 Schulte was appointed higher regional judge and in 1892 as imperial judge at the imperial court in Leipzig . From May 16, 1892 until the end of the year he was in the IV. And from then on in the III. Criminal Senate active. He retired in 1901 and died in 1919.
